ICASA 2019 Conference
Humana People to People is taking part in the International Conference on AIDS and STIs in Africa being held under the theme "AIDS FREE AFRICA - Innovation, Community, and Political Leadership."
The conference will be in Kigali, Rwanda, running from the 2nd to the 7th of December.
The AIDS conference is centered on Africa and seeks to draw global attention on ending AIDS in Africa by calling for innovation, political leadership and community involvement. This is happening amid funding gaps and the need to uphold human rights in responding to AIDS.
The event will start after marking World AIDS Day on the 1st of December. The World AIDS Day is also being commemorated under the theme “Communities make the difference.”
